There Are Times …..

There are times when you feel absolutely blessed, because you are feeling healthy, content, having your family being well and happy around you, having a secure job, comfortable enough home, good friends, the sun is shining and eating and drinking delicious food and beverage.

What do you do when you feel that way? Do you actually indulge in your blessing, abuse the opportunity, look down on other people, show off or simply just party and forgetting everyone and everything? OR Do you actually reflect, appreciate, feel grateful, think of others, stay being modest or humble and start giving and helping the needy?

Think where you are at with your circumstances. If you feel blessed because everything goes well for you, find a quiet place and start reflecting how you got there. Even if you have always been in that position, think about what happen when you sometimes experience the down side in your life so far.

Think about people you have passed to that point, places you have been to, things you have done and achieved, and everything that has helped or supported you along the way. Be nice and remain humble, treat yourself and others with a lot of respect and dignity, help when you can through giving, volunteering or even by just giving people a lovely gesture with a sweet smile or speaking to them with a sweet tone and smile. There are so many ways in making others happy to show your gratitude.

If you feel on the down side at the moment and feel sorry for yourself because nothing seems to go right, do the same thing by finding a quiet place and start reflecting how you got to that position and if you seem to have been in that position for a long time.

First of all, stay calm, help yourself by doing a relaxation exercise, meditation, going for a walk, drink chamomile tea, get some extra sleep if you can, read your favourite books, listen to your favourite music or watch your favourite movies. You need to be in the right position first yourself before you can help others.

Make sure that you stay fit and healthy first. You can then move on to making your employment and financial position better. Once you become more stable, you can start saving and once you build a reasonable amount of saving or excess money, start thinking about how you can use that to build wealth, and keep moving forward.

Developing a good life style and becoming wealthy is not simple but everyone can do it if you put your mind to it. Most people need a life coach to help them focus. Happy New Year 2012 – Goal Setting

Hi Everyone,

How are you all today? I hope you had a wonderful Christmas, spending quality time with family and friends.

Well the new year 2012 is just around the corner now, so let’s reflect on what we have done in 2011, whether we achieved the goals we set at the beginning of the year or not. Most people either don’t set goals or don’t achieve the goals that they set.

Did you even set any goal? If not, why not? If you did, did you achieve them? Are you happy with the outcome? Do you have new goals to achieve by mid and end of 2012? Are you prepared to do the work to achieve them? or you are just a dreamer.

Some people don’t like setting goals, they prefer to just float and enjoy each day without putting any kind of pressure on themselves, which is fine if that suits you best, as long as you are happy in the end. What I noticed though, those people who don’t set goals often say things like, o… what happened to the time? I have achieved nothing? I am feeling hopeless? I wished I could…., etc. Does that sound familiar to you? Have you heard people going on like that?

Well…, that’s common and openly acceptable in our society, which is ashamed the fact that people don’t actually consciously set goals or plan for their future, and then regret it later.

My advice is, if you don’t like planning or setting goals, by all mean, don’t do it, but please…don’t regret it after your time is gone with no result, that’s the worst thing you can do to yourself. Carrying regrets, resentment and frustration is one of the worst cause of any physical or mental illnesses in a long run. The worst thing is that it compounds as time goes and as we get older, and the bottom line is, you can’t go back, it’s gone and vanished by then, so it’s best to look for the future and leave behind the past, but make sure you learn from your past mistakes and never repeat the same mistake.

On the other hand, if you plan and set goals, some kind of goals, any kind, small or big, short or long term goals, anything you really want to achieve without taking into acccount what other people see or think, just about what you want to achieve and what you dream for in this case.

Write down 5 most important goals in your life, then increase the list. Plan and take action on how to achieve each one of them. Observe and see how you feel when you achieve or when you don’t achieve them. Change your method or approach if it doesn’t work well. Tick them off and reward yourself each time you achieve them.

Try not to worry whether your goals are realistic or not, just go for whatever you want, you will be surprise when you notice that your mind and action will just do whatever needs to be done in order to achieve your goals, especially if you want them bad enough emotionally. That is why the bigger your goals the more likely that you will work harder to achieve them. You will feel so… good when you achieve them.

Setting goals and planning to achieve them is fun to do. It gives you more energy about life. It’s crazy and amazing how valuable your life becomes when you make these activities of setting goals, planning and taking action as your daily habits.

One last thing though, if you don’t quite achieve the goals you set, never ever get frustrated, just reflect, fix the mistakes, add more volume or substance to the areas that are lacking and more forward toward a better way of doing things to get what you want with a slightly delayed timing. That is OK and just enjoy our journey.
