Coaching – Communication – Identification of Your Dream and Potential
Please bear in mind that coaching is more about brain-storming, questioning from the coach and empowerment for you to finally find the right answers, meeting your personal needs. Technically, the only right answers for you is your own answers that suit you best as a result of your exploration, analysation, brain storming and discussion with your coach. Your coach would ask you questions to empower you in becoming more aware and clear of your goals and your strategies.
There is never the right answers that other people can give you, as you are the only one who knows exactly what you want, where you are at and where you want to go?
To identify your dream, my suggestion is to sit down and do a mind mapping exercise of your personal goals, something that you really would love to have and do in an ideal world, or if time, money, culture or religion is no object. This will help you identify your goals or dreams.
To discover your potential, explore and do another mind mapping about the things that you have done best at without much effort in achieving results. That will give you an idea or identification of your potential, what you are really good at. And then think if this is something you love as well. If that’s the case, you would be sure what your potential is.
By identifying your dream and your potential, you can hopefully pin point if most of the things you love doing and you are good at match what you are doing now for a job, hobby or business. If that’s the case, perfect..! If not, maybe it is time to explore and make a change to do something that suits your dream and potential, so that you can be more satisfied with your life.

To conduct an information interview, the main theory is making sure that you ask open questions related to whatever information you need or want to know. Open questions are questions that require the person to give details in answering your questions. An open question is not a leading question or a close question that only require short answers or a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer.
What to say to a CEO, it depends what industry the CEO is of and depends what result you expect from that CEO. My suggestion is to do your research about the industry and to get to know the CEO’s agenda by reading up on his/her strategical future/direction. If you want the CEO to be impressed by you, I would say how much you like his/her plans and that you are supportive of it and want to be part of the project.

HEAVEN is right in front of YOU
Hi everyone,
How are you all today..? If you live in Adelaide, you would probably agree with me how beautiful our weather is today. It felt so… heavenly, especially when I walked along the river and beach of Port Noarlunga today.
Do you notice or know a lot of people who keep searching for heavenly life style but forgetting the simple things right in front of them?
I often realise how beautiful life is. My gratitude for simple things in life keep increasing as I get older. I love my home, my family, my friends and the fact that I have a secure job producing secure income to help me enjoy the finer things in life too.
As I become more aware of what’s more important in life, I am gradually developing a system to enable me buy my time back. Being able to gradually replace my employment income (active income) with passive income from investments and home business ideas. It is so…sweet and make me feel so… fortunate.
I read a book called “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki a few years ago and learned since then how important it is to be able to build a pipeline to create an ongoing passive income, so you can use your time to enjoy quality time in your life more instead of trading your time for money all the time.
It didn’t make sense as much to me then, as I was so.. comfortable earning money from employment through trading my time, as it was the only way I knew how. However, once I started experiencing how nice it is to be able to earn some extra money from doing what you love doing pasively, it’s like a dream came true.
The thing is that, you can keep going to work if you enjoy what you do at work and enjoy the ability to network with many skilled and knowledgeable people through your workplace. You can then earn 2 or 3 lots of income from different sources. As soon as the extra income which is your passive income replaces or overtakes your active income, you can retire earlier from your employment if you choose to do so. If you want to keep working because you enjoy it, that’s even better, as you can keep earning more income that you can invest in producing even more passive income. I hope I am making sense here.
Anyway, in the mean time, just relax, enjoy the sun shine, the fresh air, the clean water, the smiles from friends and family and the fresh food you can cook at home using local fresh produce.
Life is too short, stop searching for the unknown. Enjoy what’s right in front of you within your reach first. Never complain for what you do not or cannot have.
Show appreciation to your partner, children and friends for what they are able to give you. Never demand for what they cannot give you or what they do not have.
Be thankful for who they are. Never expect them to be what they are not.
I am sure you know the rules of peace. This is just a gentle reminder as we all need one from time to time.

SPRING HAS SPRUNG
I know… that you should not wait for spring to smile but let’s face it, most people do love the sun shine and it tends to make people smile more. I personally love the sun shine, it gives me more energy to get going faster with what I need to do.
Even though some people prefer cooler climate, somehow the sun shine makes most people smile. Most people love flowers, colours and brightness. So, let’s embrace the brightness of spring and take the opportunity to brighten our mind with lots of positive thinking too.
Leave behind any negative and gloomy thoughts, environment or ideas you may come across. Move forward toward the better and brighter life style and opportunities. Explore and find ways to a better life. There are so much more to life than just being the same and doing the same thing over and over.
Remember, if you want your situation to change, you must be willing to change something. Change what you do to get different results. Learn from experts that have succeeded in what they do, learn from them and follow their path.
Please be mindful too that you need to move forward, go with what’s working right now and in the future in this information age. Dreams Do Come True
A Dynamic Day
Hello again,
Today was a wet and windy day in Adelaide where I live, so having to go to work in the dark and wet morning and then coming home in the dark and wet night seems to be such a drag, especially when you rely on busy public transport, but guess what? everything depends on your attitude, depends on how you choose your day to be.
I could have been complaining and moaning about a day like that but I didn’t. Instead, I decided to have an early night the night before so I could get more sleep. I set my alarm a bit earlier so I could have more time in the morning before I leave home to have a better breakfast, topped with vitamins and lemon juice with honey.
I took the meat out of the freezer in the morning ready to cook when I got home, better again that I texted my husband from the train asking him if he could start cooking it before I got home. Nothing wrong in asking to share tasks on the day. 🙂
To utilise my time more wisely, I also take my ipad with me to work, so I can do my reading and writing on the go while I am on the train. I did that today and it made me feel very productive.
Tonight I had a really nice dinner that my husband cooked, time to relax while chatting a little with my loving daughter on skype and writing this article to share with you. What more do you want?
